Head of Software Engineering - London - Permanent - £competitive salary We are currently looking for a Head of Software Engineering to join one of our Fintech Clients on a permanent basis. As the Head of Software Engineering you will grow and lead a talented team of engineers. You'll be responsible for : Grow and develop both a platform engineering team and a data engineering team Lead and develop the team's projects and engineering practices Day-to-day management of agile sprints Collaborating with the CTO to develop quarterly plans and then executing on these goals Coaching others in technical tasks and you'll do some hands-on coding yourself Recruit, Manage and Develop the Engineering team Requirements: Expertise and experience in leading teams in delivering products and projects in a variety of methodologies.
