Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for an exciting new role, or a Senior HR Business Partner, ready to step up to a new challenge? Are you confident in a fast paced environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity? My client is a leading communications agency who are heading towards an exciting period of change and transformation. They have an opportunity for a Head of HR to lead a team, operating within a wider HR structure, whilst partnering with the business to drive strategy within a complex matrix structure. You will bring a blended strategic and operational approach to implement positive changes within the business. Strong stakeholder management to build exceptional relationships and influence across the group; your primary focus will be as a true HR partner to your client group. Leading on complex ER and streamlining HR operations whilst spearheading key projects to shape performance management and drive improvements around D&I/Wellbeing/Employee Engagement. Operating in an exciting and dynamic group environment, you must be a solid HR partner with experience gained within the media or creative industry; bring team management experience and a coaching style; CIPD qualified and have great relationship building experience with the ability to influence across all levels. Your natural gravitas with senior leaders will bring a versatile approach to navigating big personalities and changing priorities. Strong employment legislation knowledge is essential and solid reporting capabilities are a must.
