They are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join the Cardiff office. The Role Help customers with their queries Providing excellent customer service at all times Make a positive impact on every customer call Build excellent relationships with customers Provide a professional service at all times Skills / Experience Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Polite and professional Confident at delivery effective communication Experience within a Financial Services organisation would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given If you are a self-motivated individual who has a proven track record in customer service, good attention to detail and a good team player then you could be part of a specialist team who are approachable, driven and hold the customer at the heart of everything they do. Training and Opportunity You will spend your first 2 days in the business in where you will receive a thorough induction along with other new starters from across the group.
