Overview
Customer Service Advisor Location: Castleton, OL11 3DT Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Hours of Work: Between8am-6pm, Mon-Fri About the Company: Walkers Transport provides our customers with peace of mind in the daily management and delivery of their palletised freight throughout the UK, Ireland & Europe. As a Customer Service Advisor, your job is to interact with our customers to provide them with a high standard of Customer Service, also provide information to address inquiries regarding deliveries and services that we provide. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: Deal with and help resolve customer complaints Monitoring customer deliveries and internal reporting Build up good rapport with other Palletways Members and staff Provide a high standard of Customer Services Dealing with day to day queries written & verbal Ensuring communication within depot and network is effective Ensuring that the correct service levels and customers' expectations are met Other reasonable roles as and when requested including flexibility to cover traffic when required Customer Service Advisor Requirements: At least 12 months experience Polite, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic personality Team player Problem solver Excellent telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and to work to tight deadlines To be fully flexible Ability to use own initiative when required Must always portray a professional image Can do attitude Customer Service Advisor Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays Additional service days Bupa Cash Plan (for you and up to x4 Children) Company Pension Contribution Death in service scheme Full free uniform Employee referral scheme If you think that you are suitable for this Customer Service Advisor role, please apply now
