Customer Service Advisor Cardiff Bay £17,076.40 Full time- 40 hours per week Operational Hours between 8am & 8pm Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Saturday (Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays) We are looking for applicants who want to provide an exceptional customer service to our customers, who have a keen eye for detail and eager to resolve queries thoroughly. The contact centre is open Monday - Friday 8:00am- 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am- 6:00pm so your shifts will vary between these times. You will have 2 Saturdays off in 4 which means you get a full weekend off on these weeks. What will you be doing on a daily basis: · You’ll join our inbound customer service team, who are the first point of contact for our customers · Every day will be different, but you will always be the friendly voice that welcomes and supports our customers · You'll speak to a variety of different customers, who will be asking you a range of questions. A good majority of the calls we receive are in relation to a customer’s bills- so having experience in something like billing or collections would be great, but not essential · You'll also be leading the way in the movement for Smart Meters, giving lots of information and helping our customers to organise the installation process After you're fully comfortable helping our customers, you will start to see our PeopleFirst Plan and what this means for you.
