Overview
Our client based in Brighton, is looking for German Speakers to join their Outbound Customer Services team on an ongoing temporary assignment, for approximately the next 3-4 weeks. This role will be Monday - Friday, from the hours of 9 - 5pm and you will need to be able to commit your availability for the next month. Key Responsibilities: Communicating with customers over the phone on behalf of clients, to arrange free sample products to be sent to them. Handling confidential information in line with client procedures. Confidently delivery excellent customer service at all times. Data input when required. Skills and Experience Required: Fluent within German is essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Phone base/customer service experience would be desirable.
