Overview
THE ROLE We are currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic team player for an immediate start to join our German Team on a permanent/ casual basis. The successful applicant will speak and write German fluently. This role will require the successful applicant to work a full time week with shifts between Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. £10 - £15 per hour, weekly pay, plus bonuses. Responsibilities will include: Contacting registered clients to confirm details Quality checking through online reports Escalating any market related and quality related issues to appropriate management Ensuring email enquiries are responded to and resolved effectively Other ad hoc duties as required The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and German Excellent phone manner Efficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Suite & Internet Effective problem solving skills Ability to meet strict deadlines, and meet set targets A hard working and dedicated approach Prior customer service experience Please apply below with an up to date CV.
