German Speaking Customer Care Professionals. American Express Brighton Red Flag Recruitment LTD are responsible for hiring Customer Care Professionals on behalf of American Express Brighton If you are passionate about serving customers, results driven and interested in working for a world-class global brand, then the American Express German Speaking Customer Care Professional position may be an ideal fit for you. Job Responsibilities include: Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions in fluent German concerning customer accounts in a fast paced, structured customer care environment. Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value. Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer. Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness. This company operates in a 24/7 environment. The successful applicant must be available to work shift rotas between 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Salary £12.09 per hour (weekly pay) monthly bonus. This is a temporary ongoing position with a start date in March or April 2020.
