Assistant Manager Salary: Up to £24K Plus: Bonus and TRONC About Us We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who is used to working in a busy food business to join our team at the Partridge, Stretton This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team, in a beautiful country pub restaurant with 10 en-suite rooms, serving a fresh seasonal menu and some of the best guest ales Britain has to offer. Situated close to junction 10 of the M56, the Partridge is popular with visitors to the North West, as well as a mix of families and professionals. The Partridge is one of 5 businesses operated by 16 Hospitality, an expanding independent hospitality group operating iconic premium restaurants, with a passion for people and excellent service at the heart of the business We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager who shares our passion for guest service, food quality and standards. You will be obsessive in ensuring all guests have a great experience and only the very best will do. As an Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Manager to drive sales and volume, along with helping to train and develop the team. You will enjoy a busy, hand- on role where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and where motivating your team to achieve their goals is a daily event. As an Assistant Manager you will have exemplary standards and will be responsible for maintaining business standards at all times. To be considered for this role you must be able to drive with access to a vehicle. About You · An Assistant Manager with experience of working in a business delivering £10k in food sales each week · A real people person who is passionate about delivering great service with attention to detail · Personality, energy and charisma to motivate and lead a team · Experience of managing stock, food safety and health & safety. ·F ully mobile with access to a vehicle.
