Where you will be working Location : Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Chesire, WA2 8TR At Arbury Court we provide care and treatment for women in differing levels of security, enabling clear care pathways and a positive patient experience Services provided include Medium, Low Secure and Psychiatric Intensive Care PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness. The site is very spacious with extensive patient living and activity areas as well as external grounds. The treatment approach at Arbury Court which is rehabilitation and recovery dictates that care is 'person-centred' as opposed to 'disease-centred'. A fantastic achievement by the team at Arbury Court was the 'Outstanding' award in the 2016 CQC report. What you will be doing You will join a team that works well together to provide care to patients with a range of complex mental health conditions; supporting people to lead a valued and fulfilled life. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.
