Overview
Seven Social Care are looking for a number of temporary Team Leaders to work with the Wandsworth Mental Health, Rehabilitation and Recovery Service. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and are paying £20.70 per hour via an umbrella company. The role: Responsibility for the day to day service delivery of specific elements of the Wandsworth MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Accommodation and Support Service. Managing a team of Recovery Support Workers, Pool Workers and Waking Night Workers. Key Responsibilities: To lead the running of specific elements of the Wandsworth MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Service e.g. one of the houses or the floating support element. Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of partnerships and engagement strategies for the relevant element of the service. To develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the relevant element To manage performance related to the contract requirements including analysis of KPIs, outcomes and user experience measures for the relevant element To lead on the timely and accurate submission of all internal and external reports detailing interim strategies to address any areas of under-performance in the high support service, in line with contract requirements Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: N/A Experience: 2 years working within a similar role. Compliance: Current DBS check. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 39 hours p/w.
