Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants who are looking for flexible care work in the Wiltshire area This is an ideal role for someone who may be looking to pick up extra work around current commitments or someone who needs the option of flexible hours. The Role You will be a passionate and dedicated care and support worker looking full or part time employment in the Wiltshire area. You will be responsible for delivering high quality person centred care to service users ensuring that they lead fulfilling lives. You will engage in daily activities to promote the service users health, well-being and encouraging their independence. The work will be flexible and you will be happy to work in different residential and nursing homes in the Wiltshire area. Our Staff All of our carers will have previous care and/or support work experience before they begin their employment with us and we provide them with a full induction, moving and handling training and additional e-learning training and support to enable them to work with all of our clients. All of our carers are fully vetted with a minimum of 2 references and an enhanced DBS check. Why choose Bailey Care as your employer?
