Overview
JDI Legal - North East legal recruitment specialists are currently instructed on behalf of a long standing and established firm who operate across multiple branch offices to recruit an additional solicitor to work in their commercial team. The role is due to a partner looking to wind down and in turn the business is seeking a talented, motivated and driven lawyer to work closely with him until his departure. The work mainly consists of : Freehold, leasehold and land acquisitions and disposals Property finance Landlord and tenant matters Management of property portfolios Buying and selling businesses Shareholder and partnership agreements Business development and marketing activities Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a range of PQE, its more about the individual and the fit, attitude over years qualified. Experience within commercial property will be desirable but training will be given to the right person. A transactional background in property but perhaps looking to handle more commercial work.
