Ashbourne operates across 16 nurseries predominately across Beds, Bucks, Essex and London.We have only 350 people in the team and all with a passion for Early Years Education. JRNY Training is an education and apprenticeship training provider operating mainly across the south of the country, delivering childcare, management and professional services apprenticeships and training. Look at you As our In-House Recruitment consultant for the organisation you will devise effective talent and attraction strategies and manage the cycle (talent attraction, resourcing, interview scheduling and offer negotiation . We are looking for someone who understands the recruitment market and the various marketing tools to enable engagement. By upholding our employee brand values you will will ensure candidates have a positive experience. You will develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. As a gatekeeper, you will ensure suitable candidates are brought into the business who are aligned to our commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of our children, learners and staff. You'll be joining a small team of another Recruitment Consultant, HR Compliance Officer and a HR Manager. You will need to have an understanding of where we are in our journey and want to be a huge part of our vision. Travel may be required across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes so therefore a drivers licence and car is essential.
