Overview
Our prestigious client in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their Sales team. This role will provide assistance to the Sales Manager working within a small team. You must have previous experience working within a Customer Service and Sales Administration environment. You will need to be customer focused and have great attention to detail. Possess an excellent telephone manner with previous telephone Sales experience. Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Duties of the role: To provide comprehensive sales support to the area managers including investigating prospective leads. To oversee all order processsing and stock control data using CRM system. Respsonsible for generating sales order documentation and quotations. Handling all customer telephone enquires.
