Overview
Internal Communications Partner - MK As a key and active member of the Lantmannen Unibake Cluster HR leadership team and the Unibake Communications team, you will be responsible for the Communications and Engagement strategy, developing and implementing cost effective solutions to aligned business objectives. You will be great at: Developing and enhancing the existing coordinated programme of internal communication and engagement Working closely with Directors and other senior stakeholders Developing and executing an internal communications strategy Organising management conferences Executing the companies Employee Engagement Survey Responsibility for a variety of internal communications related tools and processes including quarterly business performance updates, monthly team briefs, bi-annual magazine, information screens, intranet and companywide campaigns including the creation of videos You are: Delivery focused Very flexible and can work under pressure and to short timescales Positive and demonstrate a 'can do’ attitude A person who will live our values - Openness, Holistic View and Drive You have: A proven track record of implementing successful communications strategies involving multiple stakeholders Experience managing complex projects Extensive knowledge of communication channels and processes including content management systems Internal communications experience preferably within a corporate manufacturing environment for a large organisation At Lantmännen Unibake UK, we know it is key that we get the right candidates to join our team and if you have the right attitude and show the necessary skills for this role then please apply now
