LEAD CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER LONDON £60,000-65,000 BONUS BENEFITS A great opportunity to lead a team of customer success managers at a web analytics and CRO vendor who are taking the industry by storm. THE COMPANY: A digital analytics vendor whose product obtains and analyses online customer data helping companies understand user behaviour and look to optimise their websites. They are fast growing and onboarding loads of massive clients globally. THE ROLE: You will lead a team of 5 customer success managers and working with them across their clients, taking a strategic and commercial perspective on their digital analytics and CRO. You'll manage your own clients, working directly with them throughout their lifecycle as a customer - on-boarding, upskilling and best practice. You'll be an expert at building relationships and understanding client's needs as well as being technically capable to ensure they are using the product to its maximum ability. You'll focus on ensuring client retention and growth of current clients. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Extensive experience in a web analytics/CRO role with technical hands on capability (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics or AB/MV testing and testing tools) Previous client facing ability from a vendor or agency - excellent ability to develop relationships and manage client accounts Excellent line management ability SALARY AND BENEFITS: Up to £65,000 depending on experience Bonus scheme Competitive benefits package HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending you CV to Lucy Hughes via the Apply link on this page.
