Overview
About the Role: Working alongside the EMEA Benefits Advisor and reporting into the Senior Manager - Pension and Benefits, this new role will play a key part in strengthening and developing the benefits offering across EMEA, esp UK. The role will include support to multiple projects to strengthen benefit and pension provision, extensive process improvement in the onboarding/offboarding/flex benefits/payroll interface space, benchmarking and renewals, benefit harmonisation and support to health and wellbeing, and communication initiatives. FTI is a rapidly growing and highly dynamic professional services firm. Recent and ongoing growth has put pressure on existing typically manual support approaches and highlighted a need to develop, strengthen and improve the benefit offering and supporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Assisting the team with a comprehensive review of the UK flexible benefit portal / management system with a particular emphasis on eligibility, auto enrolment, payroll interfaces and new benefits Supporting the rollout of harmonisation of / new benefits across the EMEA region (esp EMEA pensions) Facilitating the implementation of programme changes and partnering effectively with the HR Service Centre, payroll team, brokers and external vendors to ensure relevant process changes are made Helping in the design, build, communication and delivery of upskilling, work instruction development, training to ensure consistent process are implemented to support benefits across the region within the HR team Point of contact for all Benefits questions and ensuring they are all answered in a timely and efficient way Investigation into potential cost savings, harmonisation and enhancements Qualifications/Experience: University degree or equivalent combination of experience and qualification Proven Pension and Benefits experience, ideally across EMEA, within a corporate/professional services environment Experience of managing a benefits portal - particularly Thomson's 'Darwin' Platform - with an understanding of supporting feeds and processes Exposure to process improvement initiatives Skills: Process mapping and continuous improvement skills Able to operate effectively in a fast moving ambiguous environment where not all the answers are known Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of individuals at different levels of seniority Methodical approach to work Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Innovative and tenacious, with an aptitude for continuous improvement Ability to take ownership and responsibility and drive hard for task completion Collaborative team player - flexible and adaptable LI-MD1 About FTI Consulting: What makes us unique?
