Coming from a Financial Services background, the Team Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team in their administration, booking and managing meetings, work closely with HR in producing documents and payroll, as well as liaising with suppliers. Client Details The client are an international brokerage firm with offices globally. They are looking for a Team Assistant to work in their London office, based in the City of London. Description Coming from an Office Assistant background in Financial Services, the Team Assistant will understand how pivotal your role is day to day. You will be responsible for the running of the office as well as providing support to the team in their administration. Profile The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in Financial Services in an Office Assistant role. You will be interested in learning more about HR.
