Project Accountant - Construction Business - Based in London - upto £50k Your new company A highly organised and established civil and infrastructure developer the company is currently working on multiple projects within the UK. The company is part of a larger contracting organisation and been regarded as the best new-comer. Your new role Working on a major project based in Central London, you will be reporting into the head of finance and be tasked with the following duties: Forecasting & Budgeting of final cost outturn for the project, monthly monitoring and performing variance analysis Preparation of Cash Flows Maintaining Accounting Records Preparing the Financial Statements under IFRS Inputting of Monthly Sub-Contractors Certificates & CIS Returns What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a finalist or QBE accountant who has worked within the Construction Industry previously. Ideally you would have worked in a project based environment where you have been in charge of project costings and cashflows. You need to have experience with dealing with sub-contractors and completion of CIS returns.
