A Structured Finance Solicitor, with a minimim of 2 years' PQE is required by a highly rated US law firm that serves clients across a broad range of complex transactional, litigation and regulatory matters. They are known for their strength in the energy, financial services, real estate, and retail and consumer products industries. Candidates should have significant experience in sophisticated financing matters, having worked for a prominent City/US law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent writing skills and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should also display an interest in a client-centred practice and the ability to work effectively as a contributing member within a team of lawyers in the firm's business practice group.
