Overview
Are you an experienced Children's deputy manager looking to work for a new and exciting organisation? Your new company Hays Social Care are working exclusively with a new Social Care provider in Gloucestershire who specialise Childrens EBD and transition services in Gloucestershire. The organisation currently have 10 transition services and are due to open a 2 bedded children's home in Gloucester. Your new role In the first instance you will be required to set up the service alongside the registered manager and director of the company ensuring that all Ofsted regulations are adhered to, to ensure the smooth set up of the home. The second vital part of being the deputy manager is that you will be responsible for ensuring that the home runs and that the young people are receiving the highest quality of care. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will have worked within a deputy manager capacity within a children's services and hold a minimum of an NVQ L3 in Children & Young People. You must have experience of setting up and commissioning new services and be able to demonstrate any pit falls from previous roles. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn up-to 32K due to sleep ins. The senior management team are all very hands on and will have a presence within the service for the young people.
