Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or Team leader seeking the next step in your career? Apply Now Your new company Hays Social Care are exclusively working alongside an independent social care provider who specialise in supporting adults with mild - moderate learning disabilities and mental health. The provider currently operate 4 services across Stroud & Stonehouse. Two of the services are residential and two are supported living services. One of the services is currently rated "Good" and the other "Requires Improvement" with the Care Quality Commission. Your new role As the deputy manager you will work alongside the registered manager of the services to ensure the smooth day to day running and management of the homes. You will take ownership for ensuring that the people they support are receiving the highest quality of care and are able to achieve desired outcomes. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will have an excellent understanding of learning disabilities and mental health. Ideally you will hold an NVQ level 5 in Leadership & Management, however, you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults). The ideal candidate will currently be working as a deputy manager or has been a team leader for at least 2 years and is seeking the opportunity to progress.
