Your new role awaits. Hays Social Care are currently recruiting for a deputy manager working with young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties and have experienced trauma in Gloucester. The provider are an independent organisation, based in central Gloucester. They currently operate one home which provides therapeutic based practice to 4 young people. They have been rated "outstanding" with Ofsted for the last 13 years. The home is extremely welcoming and business is kept to a minimum inside the property. While experience of working with EBD and trauma is not essential, it is desired, however, full training will be provided. Shifts within the service comprise of long days and sleeps meaning a full working week is completed in 3 days. The owner and managing director is heavily involved within the service and also works on a shift basis. Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People is Essential and a level 5 is desired.
