Overview
IT Service Delivery Manager Service Delivery Manager is required by a leading UK charity. Working closely with the Head of ICT & Web services, you will plan, develop and deliver the appropriate ICT service strategy, network designs and architecture that best supports the activities of the organisation. Key responsibilities will include managing the server, network, desktop, single sign-on and other foundational/operational infrastructure capabilities, delivering infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring the organisation gets the best from its technical partners, and supporting staff with queries, ensuring the have the right kit, documentation and training available. Required Skills & Experience; Minimum 5 years experience in delivering top-quality ICT service for a medium sized organisation, including the following: Windows Desktop and Server operating systems - on premise and Azure Office 365 VOIP telephony systems Networking, switches, firewalls and routers Backup, virus protection and security procedures Minimum 3 years experience of managing, training and inspiring support desk staff and training (or organising training) for other staff on various systems. Proven project management skills, balancing and prioritising multiple demands and managing budgets to make good decisions and deliver a range of infrastructure projects which support business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and written - presentations and videos included Building strong internal relationships is a key part of this role. Confident management of external suppliers, specifically including negotiating SLA's. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, both for troubleshooting and fixing issues with minimum business impact but also for ICT future direction. Desirable Skills; SSO - Auth0/Okta/SAML VmWare Cisco Meraki Data Warehousing Salesforce (CRM, Customer Service & marketing) Tableau Sitecore In addition a degree in computer science and a qualification in project management would be a bonus.
