Overview
Our UK charity client are looking to recruit a Project Manager within their IT Department to deliver data-related projects and initiatives. The IT Department plays a key role to ensure that the organisation has tools and processes to carry out our vital work. They support the delivery of the organisational strategy through supporting colleagues and delivery of change projects providing the tools and processes to enable the charity to realise their ambitions. Expected project management criteria would be as follows: 1.5 years project management experience using a formal methodology with completer finisher attitude 2.Proactive people leadership experience with ability to motivate teams and others 3.Background of delivering Process Improvement and IT/CRM projects to the Health, Charity, NFP sectors 4.Working and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders from business, technical and finance experts through to senior management. 5.Experience in the identification and management of risk 6.Experience coaching others in project management The IT Department supports the charity by setting the controls to manage information supporting the charity's regulatory requirements, managing the charity's customer relationship management systems and providing the technological foundation for core business functions. The Project Manager will focus on delivering projects that improve their ways of working in data management, compliance, and technology optimisation. The charity work hard every day to ensure people can enjoy being independent, financially secure, healthy, active and connected.
