Overview
I am currently recruiting a weekend Duty Officer to work in a sports centre in Central London. The sports centre is set in a beautiful location and houses a café, meeting rooms and sports pitches. The hours of this role are currently PART TIME, I am looking for someone to work 2 weekends a month (8.30am till 4.30pm) with the flexibility to potentially pick up additional shifts when available. This is an immediate start job. Duties will include: Assist with the day to day running of the centre Reception - meet and greet all visitors Reception - answer the phones Handle telephone and email enquiries/bookings for the sports pitches Take payments Raise invoices Opening and closing of the building Be the point of contact for events and meetings held at the centre This role is PART TIME only and immediate start.
