This role would be known internally as the ‘Registration Account Process Manager’ This is an operation role that will primarily be supporting the incoming enquiries for Professional Registration and Company Based Registration Schemes. You will also lead on rolling out effective account management processes and strategies that will support members in applying for Professional Registration. You will be working closely with the Partnership and Development team with a range of IET registration activities and team, maximising opportunities for professional registration whilst adopting and championing an excellent customer service provision. Full training on in-house and IET registration processes will be given. You will be resourceful and adaptable with excellent attention to detail. Strong IT skills are also key, particularly in Excel. Day to day responsibilities (summary): · To manage the Registration Account Executives. · To support the Professional Registration Account Manager with the Professional Registration Pipeline and forecasting against relevant KPI’s. · To attend the monthly Pipeline meetings · To provide process support management for company-based registration schemes and other enquiries from various sources. · Identify areas of improvement within existing processes; recommending and implementing changes to remedy areas of inefficiency. · To handle incoming enquiries from individuals regarding professional registration. · Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure all enquiries and leads relating to professional registration are centrally recorded and followed up. · Identify additional lead sources across the IET which could potentially support the pipeline. · To be responsible for the data quality and integrity of the Professional Registration Database. · Liaising with IT to ensure any required changes to the Professional Registration Database are actioned. · Work with Marketing on the design and implementation of Professional Registration marketing activity. · To monitor, measure and report on professional registration activities and provide relevant management information. Key Skills · Proven track record of sales processing · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of communicating with people at all levels. · Strong analytical skills as demonstrated in previous roles · Strong proactive in approach and ability to demonstrate attention to detail. · Very strong focus on customer service excellence, in particular an appreciation of the fact that every professional registration experience is individual · Experience in working with CRM systems · A self-starter who can demonstrate determination, tenacity and the ability to think and work independently · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook · Previous experience of working in a membership organization The IET is an equal opportunity employer.
