Overview
HR Director - 6 month fixed term contract Annapurna have partnered with a well known engineering company who are looking for a HR Director to lead the UK business for a period of 6 months. The HR Director will partner the MD and leadership team and manage a HR team. The ideal candidate will be available to start in April. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the HR team and drive continuous improvement within the function - Leadership coaching and development - Organisational design and development - Employee engagement - Employee and industrial relations The successful candidate must have experience of working in a Senior HR Generalist role in a similar industry (engineering, construction, manufacturing, consumer services etc) in the UK and have led HR teams.
