HR Operations Manager Charity City of London Perm £45,000 - £50,000 I am working with a Global children's Charity based in the City of London who are looking for a HR operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR operations Manager will deliver an efficient and effective HR operational service to the organisation's managers and employees, continuously developing processes in line with the needs of the organisation and with HR best practice. Responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the HR Operations team to deliver a high-quality, customer focused service to line managers, employees and other members of the HR team Review the team's current processes and working methods, identify gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements to ensure processes and practices are simple, streamlined, efficient and user-friendly, including identifying opportunities to digitise HR processes and systems where possible In partnership with the Head of Human Resources and relevant stakeholders, support the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and processes to ensure these are aligned to current best practice and reflect the organisation's core values Act as systems administrator for core HR systems, currently Cascade (HR/Payroll and Recruitment) and Replicon (Time tracking system) Oversee the delivery of an effective and efficient recruitment administration service to the organisation for the recruitment of employees and volunteers, working closely with Human Resources Business Partners The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role ideally within a not for profit sector. You will be CIPD qualified or an equivalent level gained through experience.
