Overview

HR Business Partner – Insurance sector Central London Circa £60,000 per annum Network HR are currently partnering with a forward thinking & reputable Insurance business in Central London to source them a new HR Business Partner, on a permanent basis. This role would be a great role for a Senior HR Advisor or junior HRBP, who is craving more responsibility & career development. FYI: The initial interview stages for this role will be undertaken by video conferencing in light of recent events. ROLE SUMMARY The successful HRBP will partner initially with the UK side of the business, undertaking a wide variety of generalist tasks, including projects focused on industry specific regulations i.e. SMCR, as well as on talent management, employee relations & policy reviews / modernisation. The post-holder will also gain international exposure once in post, which will provide a fantastic development opportunity for the right candidate. Stakeholder management will be KEY also and a strong skillset of influencing & negotiating with senior managers successfully will need to be demonstrated at interview & throughout your time with my client. Background-wise, candidates from Financial Services (in particular from Insurance) will be very suitable / will be the preferred option – equally HR candidates who have worked for businesses who have FS clients / departments will also be considered. In short, the post-holder needs to have strong, relevant FCA regulatory knowledge. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Current or prior FCA/PRA regulated environment exposure Mixed or broad commercial sector experience across other corporate sectors will also be preferable (third or public sector will NOT be suitable unfortunately) Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills will be critically important for this role – this characteristic MUST be demonstrable at interview Excellent project management skills, across different functional lines of HR, will be advantageous – i.e. evolving processes, and supporting on interventions across recruitment, learning and talent etc. If this position is of interest, please apply via this website or email a copy of your current CV to infonetworkhr.co.uk whilst quoting ref: 480104791
