Overview
Paraplanner Opportunity Huddersfield Salary: upto £32,000 per annum (negotiable) plus benefits Our client is a Wealth Management practice based in central Huddersfield and they currently have a vacancy for a Paraplanner to join their lively and enthusiastic team. The role and responsibilities for the successful applicant will include: The preparation of concise and accurate suitability reports on a wide range of subjects to include recommendations for Investments, Pensions (including Defined Benefit arrangements), IHT Planning and Protection. Providing extensive administrative and technical support to the Directors, Advisers and other Paraplanners/Administrator. Conducting research and due diligence across a wide range of subjects. Attending client meetings alongside the Adviser to assist with fact finding/note taking where appropriate. Preparing Illustrations and gathering data for client reports. Preparing portfolio valuations for clients as part of the Advisers ongoing review process. Creating Pension Transfer Reports for Defined Benefits arrangements using TVAS software. Be the subject matter expert for technical enquiries and provide support to existing members of the Administration Team. Adherence to compliance procedures and ensuring all compliance updates are implemented within the office. The successful applicant will be ideally: Qualified up to Diploma Standard (Level 4) or above. Qualifications such as AF3/G60/AF7 would be highly advantageous.
