Overview

Eden Brown is working on behalf of a well-respected facilities management company to recruit a Contract Support Administrator to be based in Buckinghamshire on a temporary contract with a view being made permanent. As a Contract Support Administrator you will provide support to the manager and respond to both internal and external customers through effective communication. Your daily duties will include: Understand, anticipate and deliver customer needs while building effective relationships Liaise with the client regarding payment of invoices Helpdesk duties such as logging, distributing and closing of reactive calls on desired system Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers Compilation of the Contract Review pack Conduct supplier surveys Compilation of the Customer Monthly Management Report To be considered for this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, experience in financial and administrative services and awareness of the facilities management industry.
