Dawsongroup truck and trailer ltd Contracts Administrator/Business Support Dawsongroup truck and trailer ltd is part of Dawsongroup plc , a national provider of commercial vehicle rental and contract hire solutions, operating from a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK. Based in our busy and stimulating contracts department, you will be providing administrative support to maintain the efficient day to day running of the department. This will include but not be limited to: * Be the first point of contact, answering all enquiries from our branch network and clients * Supporting the Contracts Manager with all tasks * Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and the Branch network * Assist with presentations, contractual paperwork & pricing * Liaise with sales staff, clients & suppliers To be successful you will: * Be an organised administrator with a first-class customer service attitude * Have the ability to work well under pressure * Have experience with Microsoft office packages * Be disciplined and focused * Have a meticulous attention to detail * Knowledge of transport industry would be advantageous Dawsongroup plc are committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as an excellent benefits package.
