Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Milton Keynes area as an weekend CAREGiver . As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. This is a salaried role, working every weekend an average of 8 hours a day. Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. We believe empathy is far more important than experience, so don't worry if you haven't done it before we give you all the tools you need to fulfil this role. All we ask is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference to someone's life. However, any personal or professional experience you may have can always be useful. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Additional Information If you drive and have access to your own vehicle, we would love to hear from you! - 10,000-12,000 a year.
