Job title: Senior Moulding Engineer Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE30 8JJ Shift Details: Days 37.5hours Salary: Negotiable DOE benefits and relocation support Are you an Engineer with experience of working with Plastic Injection Moulding equipment? If so then we have an opportunity for you as our business subject matter expert. As a Senior Moulding Engineer at Bespak you will be the subject matter expert for activities associated with program bids, design for manufacture, installing, validating, maintaining and continuously improving all Moulding systems to deliver best in class service. Moulding is at the core of what Bespak do, we cannot have assembly without efficient and effective moulding equipment in place.You will ensure that our equipment is doing what it was intended to do and can have replicable results. You will be involved with component scale-up projects and will act as a mentor for Engineers and Technicians providing support when required to achieve goals.A Senior Moulding Engineer will also input specifications and cost estimates to optimise industrialisation or support new business wins as well as providing expertise inputs for DFM and FMEA processes. As part of our commitment to continued professional development, we opened an onsite moulding training facility in 2018. The facility is fully kitted out to RJGs specification to allow us to train our colleagues to RJG standards. We offer advanced training in pneumatics, robot programme writing, material handling systems and advanced injection moulding machine training.
