Bodyshop Vehicle Prepper / Polisher Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour Location: Immingham Logic 360 is a leading recruiter in the automotive industry and currently has a great opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Vehicle Prepper / Polisher for one of our major clients in Immingham. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing vehicles prior to painting Sanding Masking Polishing / buffing Filler work, small repairs Polish vehicle panels using correct materials and tools Oven rectification work, polishing to a high standard Inspect finished vehicles to ensure no defects, perfect finish every time Performing other duties as assigned Skills Requirements: As a Vehicle Prepper / Polisher, you will need to demonstrate: Full UK/EU Driving License Great eye for detail Own tools The ability to work alone and as part of a team The ability to maintain high quality standards under pressure in a fast-paced environment An awareness of safety procedures Strong communication Qualification and Experience Minimum 2 years of vehicle prepping and polishing experience and a good understanding of vehicle body repair techniques ATA Accreditation would be an advantage. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 with Saturdays Job Type: Contracting Work Environment New modern workshop. Some tasks may be physically demanding although you will use lifting equipment to move heavy parts. You will be expected to wear safety clothing when using specialized equipment and carrying out certain tasks.
