Job Description
Bodyshop Workshop Controller £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus About the Job As an experienced Workshop Controller, the purpose of your role is to: * Oversee the daily running of the workshop and ensuring a steady flow of work; * Booking in work and prioritising workload to meet customer need; * Monitor job cards; * Oversee all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices and adhered to within the workshop; * Carry out Quality Control; and * Reporting to the manager throughout the day is essential. You must be able to: * Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales; * Work skilfully and safely under pressure; * Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification; * Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision; * Be flexible in your approach; and * Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
