Overview
My Client, a Fire Engineering and Surveying consultancy are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor with a degree in building surveying to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor or FRA to join a fantastic consultancy and progress their career. Responsibilities of the Fire Risk Assessor To undertake Fire Risk Assessments and fire compartmentation surveys over a range of property types including residential, education, commercial and healthcare. Assist clients by providing a fire safety advisor role. Design and Specification Writing Measured Surveys The Successful Fire Risk Assessor: Accreditation in Fire Risk A Degree in Building surveying Able to build and maintain good working relationships MRICS/IFE Membership To be successful in these roles, a BSc in Fire Safety Engineering or Fire Engineering is preferred and ideally either FIFireE or MIFireE (GIFireE at a minimum). NEBOSH Fire Risk Management Certification. Professional recognition in the global fire sector. Excellent planning, organisational and presentation skills. The Package Basic Salary of circa £45,000 B.O.E Car Allowance. Excellent contributory pension. Training and Career progression.
