Overview
Head of Compliance x 2 - £75-90,000 (package c£120,000) We currently have two separate opportunities for experienced Asset Finance Compliance Managers to join highly respected businesses who specialise in the UK market. One is an independent funder based in North Surrey while the other is a subsidiary of a large Financial Services group based in London. Responsibilities in these roles will be wide ranging and include: Delivering an improved performance across the business in terms of monitoring introducers Addressing any anomalies or breaches with the relevant department manager and ensuring further training is given where required Ensuring compliance with a wide range of requirements from the FCA and acting as the main point of contact for the FCA Regular liaison with Directors to flag and discuss significant issues and the drafting of subsequent reports where required Acting as Anti Bribery and Corruption Officer, and as Data Protection Specialist within the business Ensuring the companies comply with their Permanent Supervision requirements Overseeing the work of a team of 4 Compliance Officers In order to be considered for these roles applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar role within either Asset Finance or the corporate lending division of a bank.
