We are recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Team Lead to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. Our patients, customers and partners deserve the highest standards and we at Nuffield Health want to be the best and safest health and wellbeing provider so that everyone has an exceptional experience, inspiring patient and public confidence in our care. 2020 is a big year for the Finance team with significant programmes of change including the deployment of Workday Finance, Cloud Financials and GetPaid Collections as well as forming a Shared Service Centre to deliver credit management services for Nuffield Health's Hospital Estate. The opportunity As the new Credit Control & Collections Hospital Team Lead, you will lead and develop a newly recruited team of Hospital Credit Controllers to deliver credit management across our Hospital estate. You'll be tasked with ensuring the credit management processes are delivered in line with a strong customer service ethos and continual improvements are made in line with the business changes. Other key responsibilities include: Monitoring and reviewing credit strategies for the hospital business' payor groups, ensuring a targeted procedure is in place to effectively manage payment performance and debt positions. Developing working routines supported by credit management technology which will allow credit management of consolidated customers and performance reporting to effectively manage risk as well as deliver operational results. Partnering with the Senior Manager, continuously review working practices and technology solutions to ensure credit management services are being optimised. The Person This role requires you to be a strong team leader with solid customer service and stakeholder management. You will demonstrate excellent credit control experience gained within a shared service / finance operations environment and bring with you examples of where you have driven team engagement and continuous improvement.
