Join us as a Hospital Credit Controller within our newly formed Shared Services Finance team and play your part in building a healthier nation. Our Support Centre in Epsom, Surrey is the hub of our national operation, supplying services in Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Marketing and HR to make Nuffield Health the best organisation it can be - for our patients, our members and our people. The opportunity Your role will be to ensure the prompt collection of cash for a specific ledger of corporate and private patients. As an experienced and well organised Credit Controller your duties will include; Minimising the risk in our debtors ledger by prompt collections. Working closely with the Cash and Bank team to ensure timely allocation of cash receipts. Managing credit within company policies and guidelines. Ensuring agreed monthly KPIs such as debt aging profile are met and improved upon, on a continuing basis. Regular reporting performance against agreed KPI's to your line manager. Delivering excellent customer service. Providing support to colleagues in the Nuffield Hospitals. What we'd be looking for from you To succeed as a Credit Controller, you will need to demonstrate: Previous Credit Control experience. Excellent written and numeracy skills. Strong communication and relationship managements skills A "can do" attitude and a flexible and helpful approach. You will have excellent IT skills, including use of MS Excel A good standard of education, including GCSE level Maths and English (or equivalent).
