Overview
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading corporate business in Epsom who are looking to hire a Credit Controller to work within their successful collections team. Key Responsibilities: Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt Chasing of failed Direct Debts to make sure payment is secured within the month of failure Account follow ups Collations of all credits and refunds Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner & maintaining legal system with account updates and revenue increases Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a time manner and maintained at all times so that each entry is correct. Monthly aged debt reports Responding to emails Dealing with escalations Any ad-hoc tasks To be considered for this Credit Control position will need to have the following skills: Previous Credit Control experience (at least 6 months) Able to work in a fast paced environment Good communication skills If you feel you have the skillset required and would like to be part of this exciting and growing team please apply now.
