Overview
I am looking for an outstanding Head Chef to join my small team at the Forest Tavern pub. Serving hearty pub food, with a an awesome Sunday Roast Offering you will love creating daily specials to wow our loyal patrons. This is a really busy venue and you will love keeping up with the fast pace and watching our guests enjoy your creations from the open kitchen. What skills will you have? It is a given that you have a passion for delivering freshly cooked food, from a centralised menu. You will also have the creativity to make your daily chef specials. You will mentor your small kitchen team and will ensure that your kitchen standards are maintained on a daily basis. You will manage your stock ordering and will manage your kitchen GP You will drive sales of food within the venue and will work alongside the General Manager and pub team encouraging them to sell your food by providing regular training days for all the staff.
