SOUS – LAKE DISTRCIT Must be willing to relocate to the Lake District (Accommodation provided) This stunning hotel group which is located In the Lake District, is seeking an experienced Sous chef to join its team. You will be creating some of finest International Cuisine that the area has to offer, using only the best locally sourced produce, all which are brought in daily . As a Sous Chef you will be fully responsible for managing and running the kitchen in absence of head chef, this includes menu design, rotas, training and development and recruitment.
