Sous Chef Four Star Hotel Multi-Outlet Dining Venue Bonus A large hotel situated in Greater Manchester is recruiting for a strong Sous Chef Role: An experienced Sous Chef is required to work closely with the Executive Chef of a large, four star hotel where you will be assisting with overseeing all of the dining outlets.These include a high volume wedding and events operation; a number of restaurants and lounge/ bar service.As Sous Chef you will be working ‘hands on’ in the kitchens whilst also carrying out ordering; GP margins; creating rotas; training of junior chefs and health and safety requirements. Requirements: An experienced Sous Chef used to working in large, multi-outlet hotels is needed to take on this position.Due to the scale of the operation the position needs a high organised chef who is level headed with strong cooking skills capable of leading others in the kitchen.
