Chef Manager for a Luxury Contract Catering company – High Wycombe Our Client: This luxury contract catering company with a client in High Wycombe is looking for a Chef Manager to oversee the 3 kitchens and chef brigade of 8 & 4 kp's. This operation caters for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as evening galas dinners. My client is looking for a Kitchen Manager who can oversee costings, rotas and menus whilst cooking at a high level with fresh produce. Maintaining the high standards that have been set by the company and ensuring that all junior chefs are consistent in delivering an excellent product. In charge of the development of all junior chefs and ensure their sections are immaculate. Overseeing expenses and costings for the Event space The Individual: The perfect candidate will have a real passion for Hospitality and Food, with an exposure on international cuisine Previous Head chef/ Chef Manager experience within a luxury 4/5-star Hotel or contract catering company is very desirable.
