We are currently looking for an experienced Chef Manager to be based with our fantastic team at St Holmer Green School in High Wycombe HP15. Proactive and able to work under own initiative. Motivate and develop a team through promoting good strong working relationships. A track record of reaching targets and deadlines. Understanding of finances including budgets, sales and stock ordering Experience of running a smooth and efficient catering service and able to identify further sales opportunities. Great understand of health and safety and food compliance. Passion for healthy food and creative flair, responsible for cooking and menu planning. Great Customer Service with a passion for promoting a fun and efficient team Works well under pressure, and is comfortable in a very flexible, fast paced working environment. A positive outlook with a great can-do attitude, willing to gain new skills. What we want to give you: Term time employment which means 39 weeks a year and 4 weeks holiday Monday to Friday only 42.5 hour contract with working hours between 7am and 4pm £27,000 per annum Free uniform Internal development opportunities Internal team bonus scheme Benefits including Life Insurance, Private Medical & Pension This role requires you to be responsible for the main meals within the school therefore a trade test will be required.
