Overview
Role Description Working on a range of small enhancements - inception to completion. This team manage right the way through from scoping the work to handback. Projects range from small building works up to large retail works in stations. Need to be chartered CIOB or RICS. Strong building surveyor background - renewals and enhancements. 5 years experience. Travel required inside Scotland. Essential Skills MRICS/CIOB qualified Understanding of statutory and industry requirements for building and construction works including the Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and Planning & Consents Processes Understanding of statutory and / or rail industry requirements for maintenance and construction Strong communication skills Demonstrable experience in delivering a programme of maintenance works Contract management experience Educated to Degree level or equivalent Full Driving Licence
