Overview
Projects range from small building works up to large retail works in train station. This is a short to long term contract opportunity offering 6-12 months work for the right candidate. In order to be successful, you will need to be chartered CIOB or RICS and have strong building surveyor background - renewals and enhancements, at least 5 years experience. Essential requirements MRICS/CIOB qualified Understanding of statutory and industry requirements for building and construction works including the Building Regulations, CDM Regulations and Planning & Consents Processes Understanding of statutory and / or rail industry requirements for maintenance and construction Strong communication skills Demonstrable experience in delivering a programme of maintenance works Contract management experience Educated to Degree level or equivalent Full Driving Licence If you are interested in applying, please attach an up to date CV and one of our consultants will be in touch.
